Midwest Keech

Not too long ago, I got a new laptop. Yup, it's amazing to me how SLOW my old was was actually moving. Anyhoo, I have rediscovered my digiscrapping hobby. (It probably has A LOT to do with the fact that the kids have started school & 2 afternoons a week Allison is gone while Avery naps.) Today, I cranked out this little collage of Miss Avery (who is now 9 months old!). It's very simple, but I really wanted the pictures to shine. It's amazing to see how much this little lady has changed over the last little while.  (Click & it should open larger) Still no crawling. Every day, as I watch her Booty-scoot across the floor, I am more & more convinced that her next step will be STEPS...Walking, WOW! Hopefully, she'll wait just a little longer for me. If she's true to her siblings, I've got another couple of months. (Please?)

I know, right?!!? I have been M.I.A. for.........Well, it's been a REALLY long time. I want to, but I'm not sure I'll ever get caught up here on the blog. It's probably just better to post whatever I want .   Here's a little video I shot of Avery at the Museum of Science & Industry this weekend. Too cute!

Avery is thriving, but I find myself busier than ever. Go figure. At her one month checkup, she weighed 8lb 14oz (born 6lb 15oz). Then at her 2 month checkup, she was 10lb 14oz. I don't think I've had a baby grow so fast. We'll have to see how long this keeps up. She's even close to sleeping through the night. Several nights a week, she sleeps for around 7 hours! None of my babies like bathtime . BIG Yawn! Baby bear in her carseat . Allison can't stand to leave her be. She loves her baby sister. Sometimes her eyes don't focus together....My poor little crazy-eyes. Happy baby! She's officially grown out of a few outfits like this one. Sad Baby. Trying to enjoy a litt le playtime. "Look at Mommy Baby!" My Little girls. Floor Dancing Avery needs her binky . Allison is a punk sometimes...She took Avery's sock off, so I made her put it back on. It's a lot harder than it looks.

OK, so it only took me a month to update & post pictures of the newest Keech in our home. Well, here are a month of pictures of her. Avery Madge Keech December 8, 2010 6lb 15oz - 19in. Mommy did MUCH better this time...SO Happy it's OVER! Tiny feet Mommy loves you. Here THEY come! Proud big sisters. How Sweet! Nana was a huge help to me. I'm so lucky to have a mother willing to help, and a father willing to share her. Allison is the most excited of all. However, she needs to learn to be softer! We happened to have a surprise visit from Santa in the hospital. Wow...I'm now the mother of 5! Crazy! Quiet moment with my alert newborn. When she was first born, the pediatrician heard a heart murmur. She had to have an EKG & and eco-cardiogram. It didn't hurt her, but she looked terrible hooked to all those wires. Poor thing. The kids got to come down each day after dinner to see me & Avery. They were a little annoyed at me that I made them go to school inst...
